Cassandra DeVriendt’s project was to create a portfolio demonstrating the skills she acquired throughout the semester. Cassandra’s main goal was to gain experience in the world of photography and to upgrade her skills. For example, she worked a lot with portraits and started to work with scenery. While working with taking portraits she learnt what different settings on her camera would help her accomplish. Her finished product had a more of a natural look, even after being edited. In order to arrive to the finished product Cassandra had to learn how to use Photoshop, which gave her valuable skills she will possess after the program is over. Cassandra’s final project will include a physical portfolio and a digital portfolio.
