Emily chose to write a screenplay for a short film. She began the process of creating her screenplay by writing short stories based upon writing prompts as a way to further develop her writing skills. Emily then had people edit her stories, which helped make her stories the best they could be. After considering the feedback she'd been given about her stories, Emily developed one of the stories into a screenplay. In the end, she created a five page, four-scene script. Emily finished her semester by collaborating with another student to shoot her short film and bring her vision to life.
